The three parties sign Sole Agent Agreement together. India side promise to try all its best to supply its Intermediates chemicals to Loyal Gain International Enterprise Limited for China market.

       Three partis also discuss other cooperation opportunities. We three parties decide to manufacture some special chemicals in India and let Loyal Gain International Enterprise to distribute in China market.
